November 1984. At its founding, the firm's partners brought nearly fifty years
of combined experience in Workers' Compensation law and subrogation. The firm
has attained an AV rating in Martindale-Hubbell.
The firm's practice is devoted exclusively to the representation
of employers and insurers before the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board and
Civil and Appellate Courts on matters pertaining to Workers' Compensation and
