Charles Stephen (Steve) Moore was born in Anniston, Alabama and spent most of his youth in Santa Ynez, California. Commencing his college education in Santa Barbara, Stephen transferred to California State University at Fullerton where he obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an Economics concentration. While attending Fullerton, Steve met his wife Vivie, and they were married upon graduation in 1992.

Following graduation, Steve and Vivie have lived for several years in Colorado and Texas but always returned to Northern California. Due to their travels, and Steve’s desire to work in law without taking the Bar upon each move, he obtained his paralegal certificate in 1994 and has worked for private law practices and in several corporate law departments. Although commencing law school in Texas at Texas Wesleyan University, Steve and Vivie determined to “settle down” in Northern California, and Steve transferred to McGeorge School of Law where he obtained his JD with Distinction in December 2004. Steve has been practicing Workers’ Compensation law since 2005.

In his spare time, Steve enjoys fishing, boating, water sports, hiking and any recreational or relaxation activities that involve his wife, two great children and preferably a beach.
