Jonarde was born in Los Angeles, California. He graduated
from the University of California at Los Angeles (B.A.)
in 1974 and from the University of the Pacific McGeorge
School of Law in 1977. He was admitted to the California
State Bar in 1978 and the Idaho State Bar in 1979. He is
also admitted to the U.S. District Court, Eastern District
of California (1982), U.S. District Court, District of Idaho
(1979) and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit
(1979).
Mr. Raab's past experience includes business law and litigation.
He has been a practitioner of Workers' Compensation since
1982 and a California State Bar Certified Workers' Compensation
Specialist since 1992. He is a member of the California
State Bar Workers' Compensation Section, Sacramento County
Bar Association and the Sacramento County Bar Workers' Compensation
Section. He enjoys sailing and traveling. |
