Jennifer Sanden was born in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. She graduated from the University of California at Berkeley in 1989 (B.S.) and from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law in 1992. She was admitted to the California State Bar and the Eastern District of California in 1992 and the Supreme Court of the United States of America in 1996. Jennifer is a member of Association of Workers' Compensation Professionals, Valley Industrial Claims Association (VICA), California Workers’ Compensation Defense Attorneys Association (CCDAA), the Sacramento County Bar Association, and the Sacramento Consumer Attorneys. Ms. Sanden is currently handling subrogation actions in Civil Court. She is married with two children.
