Dikla Shenhav was born in Haifa, Israel in 1980. At the age of five, she moved with her family to California, settling in the Saratoga area, where she would spend her formative years. Dikla attended the University of California, San Diego, graduating in 2002 with a degree in communications and a minor in political science. She then went on to attend UC Hastings Law School, San Francisco, completing her Juris Doctor degree in 2005. Ms. Shenhav was granted admission into the State Bar of California in 2005.

Prior to joining Cuneo, Black, Ward and Missler, Dikla served as an associate at Sacramento Child advocates, Inc., a non-profit organization providing representation for abused and neglected children. This experience helped to shape her commitment and compassion toward her clients and the casework itself.

While not in the workplace, Dikla can often be found engaging in a wide array of activities ranging from intramural soccer to touring around the midtown area on her cruiser bicycle.
